After a ten years working as a professional chef in fine dining restaurants, it has been my dream to run my own business and work for myself. These dinner parties are a reflection of how passionate I am about food alongside creating beautiful and imaginative dishes.
My career began when I started working in a local restaurant at the age of 21. My skills developed from here and went from strength to strength, working my way up the hierarches. I then moved around, working in a number of restaurants all of which required a range of skills. Developing a good knowledge base for all areas of the kitchen, although the pastry section was where my heart lay.


Deciding to take my skills abroad I ventured to Australia where I found myself working in a busy restaurant in Sydney. There is a huge Asian influence on the food scene in Sydney, which allowed me to work with some incredible and unusual ingredients. I was able to use some amazing ingredients and this is where my interest in fusion food began.
From here my attention turned to healthy cooking and wanted to learn more about nutrition. I returned to the UK in 2009 to undertake a BSc in Human Nutrition and qualified with a first class honours in 2012. Since then my cooking has taken me to the French Alps where I worked as a chef on a private chalet. After returning I have been running successful dinner party service alongside working on a private cookery school, teaching a wide range of classes. All of my years of experience and travel are portrayed through my food and trying to make my food as healthy and nutritious as possible without compromising on taste.
